1. This membership and any of its contest is open to all individuals aged 18 or over, living in a country where by Worlddreamcard, 22YTL.com & 22euro.com, herinafter called WDC, proposed services are legal, except for residents and citizens of the United States of America and except for the Company's employee's, who are connected with the management of any draw or any contest.



2. By accepting the present terms and conditions the new member states that he considers the value of the proposed sports betting information services and the "Sports Betting Experts" betting guesses. He can participate in being worth at least the membership fee (see clause 30) he will pay for one year and he considers the revenue opportunities and the extra entertainment competitions as a pure bonus for him. And he also acknowledges that WDC has no obligation to provide continuous 'spot the ball' competitions and that the member has no obligation to play or use any free entry into any competition.



3. This membership is annual and members of WDC will be entitled to renew their membership every year by paying a membership fee (see clause 30). If the membership fee is not paid by the anniversary date of them joining their membership will be deactivated and if a membership fee is not received before the end of a notified period will be terminated.



4. Although, WDC members will also be entitled to financially benefit from the recruitment of new members that they recruit within their network, up to 6 levels deep, from the sending of emails to any of their own contacts, it is herewith clearly stated that this is a free bonus/opportunity for a member looking for some extra activity and must in no case be the reason to become a member!



5. As a service, WDC will assist all members to recruit other members by providing them with copies of suitable recruiting emails and by providing them with a personalised link to the WDC website for their potential recruits to use to become members.



6. WDC does not allow new members to join without them being referred by an existing member. No new members can sign up directly with the company. This is done to ensure that active members will at least earn 1 YTL commission from the recruitment of a new member.



7. By becoming a member of WDC and entering any associated draws and contests you will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.



8. The membership and the competitions and any draws are governed by Panama Laws and any matters relating to the membership, competitions and draws will be resolved under Panama Law and the Courts of the state of Panama shall have exclusive jurisdiction.



9. 9. The competition rules for the "free go" for spot the ball competition awarded for recruiting 12 new membersare as follows:

• To enter the contest, follow the instructions on the screen and then with the information given in the sports action picture / photograph displayed on the screen (where the ball has been permanently removed), identify the square within which you estimate the judge, with his professional experience, will decide is the most likely position of the centre of the ball.


• With your mouse, click on the picture and you can see your "x" and "y" coordinates on the left of the screen.


• After your confirmation, the computer system will register these coordinates as your entry into the contest.


• Then fill-in your "free go" voucher number received by email from WDC.
• When your "free go" voucher number is approved we will then email you to confirm your entry into the competition with the x & y coordinates of the by you selected ball position.



Important notice: you cannot assume that your entry in a competition is confirmed until you receive our confirmation number and ticket by email.

The rules for spot the ball competition with payment (if available) are as follows:

• Use your skills and judgment.


• To enter the contest, follow the instructions on the screen and then with the information given in the sports action picture / photograph displayed on the screen (where the ball has been permanently removed), identify the square within which you estimate the judge, with his professional experience, will decide is the most likely position of the centre of the ball.


• With your mouse, click on the picture and you can see your "x" and "y" coordinates on the left of the screen. After your confirmation, the computer system will register this coordinates as your entry into the contest. .


• Then fill-in your member number if you want to pay from your WDC account or use your credit card.


• When your payment is complete and approved we will then email you to confirm your entry into the competition with the x & y coordinates of the by you selected ball position. Important notice: you cannot assume that your entry in a competition is confirmed until you receive our confirmation number and ticket by email. ;



10. When the strictly limited number of competition entries has been reached the competition will be closed. In the presence of a Notary and a representative of the Company, an independent judge, who has been appointed by the Company, will determine the centre of the ball position by using their professional experience. The decision of this judge will be entered into the computer system which will then calculate which of the participants is the winner (after fulfilling conditions of clause 9) of the prize. The winner will be the individual who gave the same coordinates as the judge, or if no one is correct, who is nearest to the coordinates of the judge. In the event of a tie, a cash alternative (see clause 15) will be shared equally between the winners. The coordinates of the judge will be final and binding on the competitors and no correspondence will be entered into.



11. The winner will be notified at the address or telephone number given in the contact details within 21 days of the closing date of the relevant contest. Any member whose entry in the competition has been confirmed may check the results of the completed competition on their "Own Web Page".



12. Before any prize will be paid or delivered, the winner(s) will be required to send/fax a copy of their ID to the Company to confirm their identity, age and also to prove that if the purchase was made by credit card that the card was legally theirs or that they had authorization to use it. Further to receipt and verification by the Company of the details described above, the winner(s) will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.



13. The prize details and specification will be available on the WDC website for each competition.



14. In case of a car prize, the winner will receive the prize with all taxes paid if value of the prize plus the taxes does not exceed the value of the cash alternative prize. In the case where the value of the prize plus the taxes exceeds the value of the cash alternative, the taxes will be paid up to the value of the alternative cash prize. The payment of the remaining taxes is the responsibility of the winner. The prize will be delivered (net of all taxes) to the harbour nearest to the given address of the winner. Any import duties, taxes or registration costs due in the country of destination that are necessary for the winning member to take ownership of the prize, that causes the total cost to exceed the WDC Prize Value will be the responsibility of the prize winner. In the case where all the costs that must be incurred for the winning member to take ownership of the car prize plus the cost of the prize itself, results in a total cost that is less that the WDC Prize Value, the winner will receive the difference between the value of the prize plus the delivery costs and the WDC Prize Value as cash in YTL. The company reserves the right, without justification, not to deliver to certain countries. Any other taxes that the prize winner is liable for as a result of winning the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner.



15. Should the winner not wish to take delivery of the car as a prize, or in the result of a tiebreak, or the cost of the prize exceeds the WDC Prize Value due to country taxes etc, a cash alternative is available and can be taken by the winner(s). The amount of the cash alternative will be equal to the WDC Prize Value that is stated for every prize in YTL and will be delivered to the winner(s) as an YTL amount.



16. After notifying the winner that they have won a prize, the Company will store the prize at no charge to the winner for a period of 15 days. If the winner does not collect the prize by the end of this period, or arrange for its delivery, a weekly fee of 150YTL will be charged for storage for the first month and increased rates will apply thereafter.



17. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Company the right to use the full image rights of the prize winners (name, photo, video, recording etc.) for promotional purposes only, both immediately after they win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.



18. The Company reserves the right to cancel any competition, for any reason, before or after all or some of the entry tickets are sold. If this situation arises the Company will return the competition entry fees to all entrants who entered and paid for their entry fee in the cancelled competition. Those members that entered as a result of being awarded a "free play voucher" will have their "free play voucher" returned to them. The Company also reserves the right to cancel a member's draw that is included in the member's annual member's fee. If this situation arises the draw will be held at a later date.



19. The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. The Company shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to individual or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Company, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any individual to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/individuals accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the contests promoted by the Company.



20. By accepting these terms and conditions and by members playing the competitions online, the members confirm that you are not breaching any laws in their country of residence regarding the legality of entering our membership or competitions. The Company will not be held responsible for any member entering any of our contests unlawfully. If a person visiting the WDC website has any doubts about the legality they should leave this website immediately and check with the relevant authorities in their country of residence.



21. No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorized human act or any other reason.



22. Data Protection Notice: Any individual data that you supply to the Company or authorise the Company to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will be used by the Company to administer the membership the draws and competitions, and, unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing, to contact you about other contests or about other goods and services which the Company considers may be of an interest to you.



23. In order to process, record and use your individual data, the Company may disclose it to (a) any credit card company name you give; (b) any individual to whom the Company proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (c) any organization, connected or not to the Company, in order to bring to your attention goods and services which the Company considers may be interesting for you; d) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Company in any country; (e) any individual to whom the Company proposes to transfer any of the Company's rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Company may have with you; and (f) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.



24. In order to process, use, record and disclose your individual data, the Company may need to transfer such information outside your country of citizenship or residence, in which event the Company is responsible for ensuring that your individual data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer of data



25. WDC= Worlddreamcard.com, 22euro.com and Procom.mc do not warrant that their websites and services will be error free or uninterrupted. The website and service is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. WDC or its owners will not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the website or service.



26. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WDC from any claims resulting from your use of the website or service. You expressly agree that use of the website or service is at your sole risk. WDC and its service providers, agents, licensors or employees shall not have any liability for any damages suffered by you or any other party as a result of the use or misuse of the service.



27. WDC will automatically pay you all commission in excess of YTL100.00 every month using the payment option you have selected from those provided. As this is an automated payment mechanism we have designed it to cater for the majority of members. As most members have expressed a wish to leave some of their commission earnings in their account so that they can easily play competitions we decided on the sum of YTL100.00. We charge each member YTL3.00 per month for this automatic payment to cover our costs. If you wish WDC to pay you all of your commission you can contact us by email, through the Support Page, stating the payment option you have selected from those provided and we will do this for you. We will charge a fee of YTL10.00 for each request as this is a manual transaction and this will be deducted from your commission before it is paid to you.



28. WDC does not refund membership fees under any circumstances. By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that there will be no refund of a membership fee payment.



29. WDC does not refund Competition Vouchers. They can only be used to purchase tickets for particular WDC competitions.



30. Except the membership fee who has a fixed amount, all in and out payments will be done in € (euros) and at the official exchange rates but within up and down limits: 1YTL = minimum 0.5€ and maximum 0.6€. The membership fee has a fixed € value and an approximate YTL value= either 12€ (+/-22YTL) for Turkish members only (1st year only) or 22€ (+/-39.50YTL) for all non Turkish members, will be requested as payment from any new members. From 2nd year of subscription and in any case from no later than 1st June 2008 all membership fees will be 22€. WDC will have the right to change its fees in the future but will have to inform its members about the value of the new fee at least 3 month before the end of their yearly membership. All WDC prizes will be displayed with a monetary value. This is called the WDC Prize Value and as well as the value of the prize includes the costs such as the delivery of the prize to the winner. The WDC Prize Value displayed for a particular prize will not be exceeded nor will it be under cut.


    A member that wins a prize will either receive the prize displayed or


• If that prize is no longer available another similar prize of an equal monetary value


• If the value is less a similar prize plus an amount of money to achieve the monetary value


• If the prize cannot be delivered, the monetary value
• If there is more than one winning member of a competition or draw then its WDC Prize Value will be split equally between the winners in cash.


31. All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Worlddreamcard (also called WDC), and its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission from WDC SA.



32. Worlddreamcard (WDC) is a trademark and may not be used in conjunction with any other companies' products or services, in any manner that may cause confusion among customers and potential customers, or in any manner that discredits WDC, its products and services.



33. WDC SA, 22euro.com and Procom.mc are not responsible for any income claims made by its affiliates or 3rd parties. Although our marketing plan is meant to produce earnings for every participant, one cannot claim a certain timeframe in which this happens. Therefore, examples are always theory based to explain this type of compensation concept. Earnings always depend on several variables such as effort and timing. Moreover, no member is obliged to sell WDC, he is free to recruit or simply make use of the main proposed services only



34. In the event that one of the clauses of the present Terms & Conditions would be considered against an applicable law by a court, all the other clauses will remain valid and will conserve the intended meanings and if one of the clauses would be considered as nil, all other clauses will keep their full effect and legal value.
